travels multiple times through a set of hands before a block of clay is transformed into a piece of art. We hand-built, dry and retouch each product carefully before it’s bisque fired in the kiln. Then we sand it to smooth the surface, hand-glaze and fire once again. In the manual process, some minor imperfections on the surface and variations of the shape and size may occur. We consider this a feature, not a bug though, because it makes every pot and plate one of a kind, even if they are part of the same collection.
